Come join the International Conference for WWtWOW 2025 in Italy. 

April 23 - April 28, 2025

Click on the Book Now link to make your reservation. Select the travel date from the menu and the number of passengers.

Options are:

• Double: 2 people rooming together (receive one invoice for both)  $2495pp
• Single Share Double: 2 people rooming together but signing up separately (each receiving their own invoice) $2495pp
• Single: 1 person not sharing a room $3125pp
• Triple Room: 3 people sharing a room  2 beds in room $2395pp
• OTHER: This is a Double Room, consisting of a conference participant and one guest $2495 per conference participant; $1795 per guest
• Child (ages 4-17): $1900
• Child under 4 at time of travel: No Charge

If you would like to share a room with someone, but do not have a roommate, you do not have to enter a name in the "Share With" box, but on the next page, please add a note advising that you are requesting a roommate.  If no roommate is available at the time final payment is due, you will be charged the supplement for the higher rate.  

Follow the prompts to pay the $350.00 per person initial deposit by credit card or by bank account.

Important Notes:

Due to hotel policies, your $350 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE after October 7, 2024. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

$1200 per person includes 1 checked bag and economy class seat. Seats cannot be assigned by Perillo Tours and are handled by the airline. Seat selection and upgrades are subject to availability and policies set by the airline.

Perillo Tours can also handle your international flights should you wish to book separate flights.

Payment Schedule:

LAND:

• $350pp (non-refundable) by October 7, 2024
• $750pp by November 23, 2024
• Balance due by January 17, 2025

AIR

• $100pp by October 7, 2024 if you wish to secure an seat on the Group Air
• $1100pp by January 20, 2025 (balance)
• If you decide to book your own air, please note only the Group Transfer is included in the quoted price. If you arrive/depart outside of 30 minutes of the Group Air schedule, you will be responsible for your own airport transfers, or an additional charge will be applied if Perillo arranges a separate transfer.
