Papal audience with Pope Francis. Visit Vatican Museums, St. Peter’s Basilica, and the recently excavated necropolis. Evening: Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Visit Basilica of St. Mary Major and Scala Sancta. Explore St. John Lateran and St. Paul Outside the Walls. Visit Church of Domine Quo Vadis and catacombs. Evening: Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Head south, passing through Italian countryside. Visit Monte Cassino, founded by St. Benedict. Arrive in San Giovanni Rotondo, hometown of St. Padre Pio. Evening: Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Mass at Padre Pio's tomb and tour of the sanctuary. Visit Grotto of Michael the Archangel with a panoramic view. Evening: Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Visit Church of St. Longinus in Lanciano. See the Holy House of Nazareth and the Madonna of Loreto. Depart on an overnight ferry to Split, Croatia.
Arrival in Međjugorje. Evening: Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
