After your included breakfast your Perillo Tour guide will join us for our tour of Barcelona. We begin with panoramic views of the Harbor area, Montjuic, Plaza de España, and Plaza de Catalunya. We visit the Gothic Quarter, then the Cathedral (Celebrate Mass) after, view Gaudi’s Sagrada Familia, a beautiful, unfinished Roman Catholic basilica. Afternoon at leisure to explore the markets of Las Ramblas. Dinner and overnight at your hotel. (B.D.)

We begin our day with a morning trip to the Shrine of Our Lady of Montserrat, home to the Benedictine Monastery and the statue of the Black Virgin carved by St. Luke around 50 AD and brought to Spain, also following the pilgrimage taken by St. Ignatius Loyola to pray before the Virgin of Montserrat. We'll enjoy Escolanía, one of the oldest and most renowned boys’ choir in Europe, singing the hymn of Montserrat; “Salve Regina” and the “Virolai” in the basilica before we depart for a city tour of Barcelona. During the tour, we will have the opportunity to see La Sagrada Familia, the Basilica which began construction under Antoni Gaudi in 1882 and is still under construction today. (B.D.)

This morning we enjoy a filling breakfast and depart to Zaragoza and explore the Basilica del Pilar, built over the location where our Blessed Mary appeared to Saint James around 44 AD while the Virgin Mary was still alive, she appeared to St. James upon a pillar carried by angels while he was spreading the Gospel in Spain. It is believed that this pillar is the same as the one in the Basilica. We also visit the Cathedral of Zaragoza (Celebrate Mass) after, a walking tour of the city. Later we continue our journey to Madrid for dinner and overnight. (B.D.)

Breakfast, then we begin our panoramic city tour of Madrid including Plaza de España, Puerta del Sol and the Royal Palace. After we depart for Toledo known as the City of the Three Religions. The historic city center is one of the largest in the country.The city surrounded by walls hides great treasures: it’s Cathedral, the church of Santo Tomé, the Tránsito Synagogue, Santa María La Blanca Synagogue, the church of San Juan de los Reyes, Puerta de Bisagras, Puerta  del Cambrón, Puerta del Sol. Return to our hotel for dinner and overnight accommodations in Madrid. (B.D.)

Depart for Santiago de Compostela. We stop in Villa Franca del Bierzo and visit the Collegiate Church of Santa María and the churches of Santiago and San Nicolas. Enter Galicia by Lugo. Stop in Cebreiro and view a group of “pallozas” and a Pre-Romanesque temple from the 9-10th century, containing a Chalice, the Paten of “Santo Milagro” and a precious Romanesque carving of Santa Maria la Real. Arrive in Santiago de  Compostela for dinner and overnight accommodations. (B.D.)

Join pilgrims at the Monte del Gozo and walk the last few miles of the Camino de Santiago to the Cathedral of St. James. We will attend the International Pilgrim Mass at the Cathedral of St. James. Visit the crypt where the relics of St. James are preserved. In the afternoon, we visit the city of Santiago, to see Obradoiro Square, Fonseca Palace, Gelmirez Palace, Franco Street, after the day is to ourselves to take in the beauty before us. Dinner and overnight in Santiago de Compostela. (B.D.)

After breakfast we depart for Santiago de Compostela and head to Fatima. Upon arrival we will join pilgrims from all over the world in the nightly procession and prayers. (B.D.)

After breakfast we  visit the Chapel of the Apparitions, the Basilica with the tombs of Francisco, and Jacinta– Perpetual Adoration Chapel. In Aljustrel we will see the two homes of the little shepherds and then return to Fatima. In the evening, join pilgrims from all over the world in the nightly procession and prayers, dinner and overnight accommodations at your hotel. (B.D.)

After Holy Mass, we leave Fatima for our trip to Lisbon where we will visit the Basilica of St. Anthony, St. Jeronimos Monastery, and the famous Belem Tower. On our way south to Lisbon, we will stop in Santarém and the Church of St. Stephen, the place of the oldest known Eucharistic miracle on display since 1269 AD. Enjoy a farewell dinner together sharing memories and experiences with one another. (B. D.)
