DAY 1: USA
Today depart with your overnight flight to Cairo, Egypt. Meals will be seved on board.
DAY 2: CAIRO
Arrive in the land of the Pharaohs, Jacob, Joseph and Israel during the famine, upon your arrival meet your Perillo Tours English speaking guide and transfer by private deluxe air-conditioned motor coach and transfer to our hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure to help adjust to our new time zone. Dinner and overnight accommodations at our hotel. (D.)
DAY 3: CAIRO - Full Day Tour
After your daily included breakfast, meet your tour guide and travel back to ancient Egypt with a full day touring which date back to 1000 years prior to Abraham. Your first stop will be at the Pyramids of Giza. A visit to the Pyramids is on every world traveler's must-see list. Cheops Pyramid, the largest of the three with an original height of 496 feet, was built in the 3rd dynasty about 2690 B.C. and is one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. In front of the Pyramids of Chephren, find the colossal statue of the Great Sphinx. Next, visit the Solar Boat Museum’s, main attraction, an ancient Egyptian cedar wood boat dating back 4,500 years. Onto Old Cairo and explore the City’s cultural landmarks that span three millennium of Egyptian history. Discover the greatest collection of Pharaonic treasures in the world at the famous Egyptian Museum. Continue to Coptic Cairo, where you’ll visit the famous Suspended Church (Hanging Church), dating to the late 4th and early 5th century. Continue to the Church of St. Sergius, a 5th century Coptic Church. This basilica is built on the cave in which the Holy Family stayed and is regarded by visitors as a source of blessing. As you stroll along, Visit the recently restored Synagogue of Ben Ezra, which marks the place where Moses was saved by the water girl of Pharaoh. This is the oldest Jewish synagogue in Egypt built in 882 AC. After, return to your hotel for dinner and overnight accommodations. (B.D.)
DAY 4: MT. SINAI
Check out after breakfast and meet at the hotel’s lobby to explore desert antiquities dating from the beginnings of a civilization that arose more than 5,000 years ago. In the company of your Perillo Tour guide, venture through the countryside and visit one of Egypt's oldest sights Memphis, where remnants of the nation's first capital and once the most cosmopolitan city in Egypt now lie scattered in the desert. See the carved limestone Colossus of Ramses II. Travel east heading towards the wilderness of the Sinai Peninsula and the Land of Goshen tracing the Route of the Biblical Exodus (Genesis16-18). Drive via the tunnel underneath the Suez Cannel to the west branch of the Red Sea. Your first stop will be Marah by the Red Sea, the desert springs along the shore of the Red Sea, where the children of Israel found the waters bitter. Continue to Elim and visit the desert oasis and the possible sites where the 12 wells and 70 Palm Trees were found during the children of Israel's journey to the Promised Land. Continue along the western Sinai coast to Wadi Feiran (Rephidim), the desert valley where the Children of Israel fought against the Amalekites. From here see Mount Serbal, the possible site where Moses held his arms up for victory. After, head inland towards the Granite Mountains of Mt. Sinai and Wadi el Raha. Raha in Arabic means "rest" and according to tradition this is the area where the Israelites camped and the golden calf was forged (Exodus 32). Arrival at St. Catherine where you’ll transfer to your hotel for dinner and overnight accommodations. (B.D.)
Optional Night Activity: Climb Mt. Sinai. For those who wish to climb Mt. Sinai, please bring warm clothing and comfortable walking shoes for the ascent. Optional Camel rides are available. Your ride will take you approximately 1/3 up Mt. Sinai Mountain. Return to your hotel for breakfast
DAY 5: MT. SINAI - PETRA - Jordan
At day break, those who desire, will depart for a memorable early ascent to Jebel Musa – Mt. Sinai (about 6,900-ft) walking in the footsteps of Moses and the devoted pilgrims who tread this route centuries earlier. You may choose to ride a camel part way, stopping at one of the stations to take in the scenery along the climb to the summit (750 steps). You should reach the summit just before dawn in time to witness its incredible sunrise and splendid views. We will enjoy a time of praise and unforgettable, breathtaking views of the Sinai wilderness. As you read from the Book of Genesis remember that this is the place where Moses met the Lord in the Burning Bush and where he received the Ten Commandments. After, return to the hotel for breakfast. St. Catherine's Monastery was constructed by the Roman Emperor Justinian (527 and 565 AD). Built around what was thought to be Moses' Burning Bush. The Greek Orthodox Church building is the oldest and continuously used church building in the world. Continue towards the Taba Border (Egypt / Israel border), where you’ll take a ferry boat across the Red Sea to Aqaba. Upon arrival into Jordan begin your tour with a drive via Wadi Mussa to Petra. Full day tour of Petra, then dinner and overnight at your hotel in Petra. (B.D.)
DAY 6: AMMAN– MADABA – NEBO – ALLENBY BRIDGE
Today depart to Madaba, one of the ancient maps of the Middle East. Then on to Mount Nebo, and view the Promise Land which Moses first viewed. After, continue to the Jordan River and visit the traditional site where Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist. Continue to Amman for a short orientation tour of the city before checking into the hotel for dinner and overnight accommodations in Amman. (B.D.)
DAY 7: JERUSALEM
Drive from Amman to the Allenby Bridge and cross over to Israel. After crossing your crossing meet your Perillo Tours Christian guide and begin your touring of the Holy land. Drive via ancient Jericho with a view of the Mount of Temptations to Qasr-al-Yehud – the baptismal point on the River Jordan, near Jericho for baptism service. Continue down to Qumran for a visit and then return back up to Jerusalem. Panoramic view from the Mount of Olives. Check into our hotel for dinner and overnight accommodations. (B.D.)
DAY 8: JERUSALEM
After breakfast begin your full day tour. The first stop is to the Old City where you’ll visit – Mount Zion and the Upper Room, Dormition Abbey, the Wailing Wall, the Temple Mount, St. Anne, Pool of Bethesda, Via Dolorosa and the way of the Cross, Lithostrotos, Flagellation, Holy Sepulcher. After, return to your hotel for dinner and overnight accommodations. (B.D.)
DAY 9: JERUSALEM
After breakfast begin your visit to the Mount of Olives and the Church of the Holy of Ascension, Pater Noster church then Dominus Flevit church, also visit the Gardens of Gethsemane with the church of all Nations and at the end St. Peter’s in Gallicantu. Return to your hotel for Dinner and overnight at accommodations in Jerusalem. (B.D.)
DAY 10: BETHANY - DEAD SEA YARADENIT
Today, head to where Jesus visited his friend Lazarus, Bethany (Lazarus tomb), continue then to Qumran (Dead Sea Scrolls), Dead Sea, by ancient Jericho to Jordan River. Here at River Jordan at Yaradenit Garden pilgrims will have a chance to renew their baptismal vows. Past the Mount of Temptation we are back for dinner and overnight at our hotel in Jerusalem. (B.D.)
DAY 11: TIBERIAS - NAZARETH
After breakfast depart Jerusalem and visit Tiberius. Today’s pilgrimage includes a boat ride across the Sea of Galilee and visit Capernaum, St. Peter’s House and the Synagogue area where Jesus spent most of his time preaching. Continue to the Mount of Beatitudes, after, stop at the Primacy of St. Peter Church of Multiplications of the loaves and fishes in Tabgha. Dinner and overnight at our hotel. (B.D.)
DAY 12: NAZARETH
After breakfast spend most of the day visiting Nazareth. Your visit will include the Church and Cave of the Annunciation, the Workshop of St. Joseph, an Ancient Synagogue, Mary’s Well & Fountain. After, stop for lunch (on your own). After lunch depart for Mount Tabor and visit the Church of Transfiguration. Dinner and overnight acommodations in Nazareth. (B.D.)
DAY 13: CANA – MT. CARMEL
After breakfast depart from Nazareth, with your first stop and visit to Cana, Jesus’ first miracle. Celebrate mass and consider renewing your marriage vows. Then continue to the Haifa area and Mount Carmel to visit the Carmelite Monastery. Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight accommodations at our Hotel in Nazareth. (B.D.)

After breakfast you'll be transferred to the Tel Aviv airport for your flight home. (B.)
